Date someone special from Altoona, United States. I've tried these sites before with no luck and I've been on Match.com for a little over a month and can't seem to get anyone to respond. I have a three month membership, so we'll see if anyone responds by then. I feel I have a lot to offer. I need to add more pics. I had gastric bypass surgery about 16 months ago and have lost 115 pounds since then. Still trying to lose a few more and get toned up. Maybe I can meet someone who I can work out with. Here is a little more about me:
I'm 44 years old, divorced for a little over 4 years, and have two children, a daughter who is 19 and a Crimsonette at the University of Alabama, and a son who is 16 and in high school. I teach high school math and coach football and baseball. I love sports and sporting events (love Alabama football, especially now that my daughter performs). My children mean the world to me and I want someone who will accept them and love them as I do. I intend to do the same for my mate's children.
I am looking for a Christian lady first of all. No every day drinkers and no smokers. An occasional drink with a meal is OK. II am looking for someone who shares the same interests as me and who I can laugh with and want to spend time with. I want my heart to skip a beat when she comes in the room and hope hers does the same. I don't want someone who has to be with me all the time, because I think even the best relationships require time away from each other. I like time to myself at times.
I want someone who can be classy, yet laid back, comfortable in a dress as well as jeans. Tattoos are not a turn-on for me, but not a deal breaker, either. I just don't prefer them.
There is a lot more to me and I would love to share with someone. I'm hoping she is out there for me. Surely there is someone out there who will email me and want to get to know me. I'm waiting!
